Maxin India Nylon Fish Net Shredder works with high-torque, low-speed dual shaft shredding technology. Two counter-rotating shafts fitted with precision-engineered cutters continuously grab, pull, tear and shear the fishing net material. The cutter configuration is customized based on the type of nylon net, material thickness, feeding condition, required output size and downstream recycling process.
The low-speed principle provides controlled size reduction with low noise. Shredded nylon can move efficiently to grinding, washing, separation, drying and pelletizing processes.
